3. Use of Service
You must provide accurate information when creating your TAPME profile.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
You may not use TAPME for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
4. Subscription & Payment
TAPME operates on subscription (monthly / yearly / NFC card purchase / upgrade plans).
All payments are final unless covered by the Refund Policy below.
TAPME reserves the right to modify pricing with prior notice.

You are responsible for all content uploaded to your TAPME profile, including photos, links, business details, and contact information.
You agree not to upload:
Copyrighted or unauthorized content
Misleading or fake business information
Illegal or harmful content
TAPME may remove or suspend any content that violates our policies.
6. Termination
TAPME may suspend or terminate your account if:
You violate any terms
You misuse or abuse the platform
You engage in fraudulent activities
You may terminate your account anytime, but no refund will be issued unless eligible under the refund policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
TAPME is not responsible for:
User-created content
Loss of access due to incorrect login information
Business losses, missed sales, or damages resulting from service interruptions
WhatsApp / third-party platform limitations beyond our control
