Printing process: 3–5 working days
Delivery within Malaysia: 3–7 working days

2. Shipping Partners
We use courier services such as Pos Laju, J&T, DHL or other providers.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fee is displayed during checkout. Free shipping may apply for certain promotions.
4. Tracking
Tracking number will be provided once the NFC card is shipped.
5. Damaged or Lost Parcel
If the product arrives damaged:
Report within 24 hours with photo proof.
If the parcel is lost:
We will replace the NFC card at no additional cost.
6. Wrong Address Provided
TAPME is not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect address provided by the customer.
