Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. Digital Product Policy
TAPME provides digital services. Once a subscription or NFC card order is activated or processed, it cannot be cancelled unless stated below.
2. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are only applicable under these conditions:
✔ Duplicate payment
✔ System error causing failed service activation
✔ NFC card received in damaged condition (must send photo within 24 hours)
✔ Payment charged but account not created
3. Non-Refundable Items
❌ Subscription plans after activation
❌ NFC cards already printed or shipped
❌ Custom design fees
❌ Change of mind
4. Cancellation of Subscription
You may cancel anytime, but the cancellation applies next billing cycle.
No refund for the remaining subscription period.
